Blind Spot Report

Fill this in during or right after the Blind Spot Hunt. Tick the blind spots you found at each handoff, add notes and photos, then press Save as PDF and email it to the client. Everything saves on this device as you type.

This is the report the client gets. Press Save as PDF. On a computer or Android, choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. On an iPhone, tap the Share button in the print screen, then Save to Files.
